Due to the nature of our products, all bike and accessory sales are considered final.

No Returns

Surge Motors does not accept returns on:

  • Electric dirt bikes
  • Accessories
  • Spare parts
  • Electronic components

This applies even if the product has not been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

No Refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued.

This applies to all payment methods, including:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Ziina
  • Tamara
  • Other approved payment providers

Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects are handled through our warranty process. Eligible warranty claims will be repaired or resolved according to the warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty does not provide a right to a refund or product return.

Customers are encouraged to ask all questions, confirm specifications, and request any required information before completing their purchase.
