At Surge Motors Trading L.L.C, we are committed to providing the ultimate electric performance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our streamlined return process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original, undamaged packaging with all tags and manuals.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Dirt Bike Specific Policy

Due to the high-performance nature of our electric dirt bikes:

  • Zero-Kilometer Rule: Bikes are only eligible for return if the odometer shows 0.0 km. Any bike that has been ridden is considered "used" and cannot be returned for a full refund due to safety and depreciation.

  • Technical Inspection: All returned bikes will undergo a thorough technical inspection at our Dubai facility before a refund is approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Installed Spare Parts: Any part that has been fitted or used on a bike.

  • Safety Gear: Helmets, gloves, and body armor (due to hygiene and safety standards).

  • Customized Orders: Bikes with custom decals, performance tuning, or modifications requested by the customer.

4. Refunds & Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby / Tamara)

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Providers: If you paid via Tabby or Tamara, Surge Motors will notify the provider upon return approval. Your remaining installments will be canceled, and any previous payments will be refunded to your card directly by the provider.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

  • Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • For large items like dirt bikes, we can arrange a professional pickup service for an additional fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your Surge Motors product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately at mustafa@surgemotors.ae with photos of the damage.
