At Surge Motors, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery services for all our customers across Dubai, the UAE, and international destinations.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation.

  • In-Stock Bikes & Accessories: Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): Available for select in-stock items ordered before our standard daily cutoff time, subject to availability and location.
  • Custom / Special Orders: Dispatch timelines for pre-orders, custom upgrades, or non-stock items will be communicated directly to the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery Locations & Shipping Fees

Dubai & UAE Delivery
  • We offer direct delivery across all emirates within the UAE.
  • Shipping charges and local delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to order finalization.
  • Local delivery includes careful handling to ensure your electric dirt bike arrives ready for the ride.
International Shipping
  • We ship select bikes, parts, and accessories internationally.
  • International shipping costs, carrier options, and estimated delivery timelines are calculated based on the destination country, package size, and weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all orders shipped outside the UAE:

  • Import Charges: Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local VAT levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Customer Responsibility: All additional customs charges and clearance formalities remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays: Surge Motors is not liable for delivery delays caused by destination customs procedures.

Tracking & Order Updates

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with tracking details or contact information for our delivery team to help you monitor your delivery status.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all packages and bikes upon arrival:

  • Please check the item thoroughly before signing the delivery acceptance form.
  • Any visible external damage to the packaging or product must be reported to the courier and Surge Motors immediately.
