Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Surge Motors are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the purchase becomes final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

We accept multiple payment methods, including bank transfers, cash payments, and approved online payment providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate.

Bike Reservations

Surge Motors offers reservations on selected bikes depending on availability.

Reservation terms:

  • Bikes can only be reserved for a maximum period of 15 days.
  • Customers must provide a specific purchase timeline within this 15-day window.
  • Open-ended reservations or extended holds are not available.
Example

A reservation request from 1 August to 30 August cannot be accepted. A reservation between 1 August and 15 August may be accepted.

Deposits made to reserve a bike are subject to these reservation terms and become non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information are accurate.

However:

  • Product specifications may vary due to manufacturer updates.
  • Images may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Performance, range, and riding experience may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, riding style, weather conditions, and maintenance.

Customers are encouraged to ask questions, request additional information, and inspect products before completing their purchase.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge acceptance of the product specifications and condition.

Product Modifications

Installing aftermarket parts or modifying a bike may affect warranty coverage.

Customers should contact Surge Motors before making major electrical, mechanical, or powertrain modifications.

Any unauthorised modifications may affect eligibility for warranty support.

Bike Usage & Safety

Customers are responsible for operating their bikes safely and following applicable laws and regulations.

Surge Motors recommends appropriate protective equipment and responsible riding practices.

Surge Motors is not responsible for accidents, injuries, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Surge Motors is not responsible for indirect losses, accidents, injuries, misuse, or damages resulting from improper operation, modifications, or failure to follow recommended riding guidelines.
